Mexico meets Rosa de los Vientos
A delegation from the Regional Government of the State of Yucatan in Mexico visited the facilities of Frigoríficos Rosa de los Vientos, in the Port of Marin.
In addition to learning about the production processes, they were interested in the product traceability and labelling systems. Moreover, companies certified by pescadeRías and importers from Mexico, the United Kingdom, Poland, Belgium, Holland and Portugal will participate in a reverse trade mission to be held within the framework of the Gastronomic Forum of A Coruña.
